Can't make any communications with VKstore once finished the payment

This was a order of 2 YEARS ago.
After requesting canceling the order due to not shipping out for 1 YEAR, the VKstore contacted me about the confirmation about the shippment address.
I replyed and sent email for many many times,but nothng comes back.
This the most un-reliable shopping site!!

Apologies but due to your order being international there is always a risk that somehow the package can get lost and we tried sending your package twice with 2 different tracking numbers but ultimately couldnt get it to you based on the address given to us.

Either way you did get your refund but we are sorry we couldnt fulfill your order.
